The "A Film-coating Lifting Frame for Automatic Palletizer of Iron Cover Assemblies", independently developed by our company's R&D team, has officially obtained the Utility Model Patent Certificate issued by the State Intellectual Property Office (Patent No.: ZL 2024 2 2316662.1). The "A Film-coating Lifting Frame for Automatic Palletizer of Iron Cover Assemblies", which has won the patent this time, is mainly applied to the full-automatic stacking and wrapping machines in the can-making industry. This equipment is connected to a 36,000-unit production line with a production speed of 4-6 strips per minute. It is suitable for strip packaging in numerous lid-making industries such as basic lids, easy-tear lids, aluminum lids, iron lids, and special-shaped lids, with the following core advantages:
- Non-destructive protection of film coating: The unique contact and bearing method minimizes friction and extrusion between the lifting mechanism and the film-coated surface of lid assemblies, significantly reducing the risk of film coating damage and scratches, and ensuring the perfect appearance of products.
- Efficient and stable operation: The structural design balances rigidity and lightweight, meeting the requirements of high-speed, continuous and stable operation of automated production lines and improving the overall palletizing efficiency.
