Against the backdrop of accelerating global intelligent manufacturing transformation and deepening Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation, in July 2026, Guangzhou Xinjun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. had the great pleasure of hosting two distinguished client delegations from Russia - led by industry veterans with decades of deep expertise in the cosmetics manufacturing sector. This important on-site visit was initiated after multiple rounds of targeted online communication, arranged to explore the practical application and customized cooperation of robotic automation solutions for the full production line of the cosmetics industry.

 

 

Mr. Hevin, General Manager of Xinjun Intelligent, personally received the guests and extended a warm welcome on behalf of the entire company. During the closed-door symposium, Mr. Hevin introduced Xinjun Intelligent's development concept of "technology empowers manufacturing, customization meets demand", and shared the company's years of practical experience in serving more than 300 cosmetics production enterprises of different sizes around the world. Both sides exchanged in-depth insights on current global cosmetics market trends and the growing demand for intelligent manufacturing upgrading in the Russian cosmetics industry. Focusing on the pain points faced by local Russian enterprises, such as rising labor costs, high damage rate in manual processing of fragile cosmetic products, and insufficient production capacity to cope with peak seasonal demand, the two sides conducted targeted discussions on pain point solutions. The Russian delegations also put forward detailed personalized requirements for equipment adaptation based on the actual situation of their existing production lines, laying a very solid foundation for the follow-up customized cooperation.

During the visit, Ms. Doris, Foreign Trade Sales Manager, accompanied the Russian client representative through the production workshop and provided a detailed introduction to Xinjun Intelligent's full range of robotic automation equipment, including precision robotic arms, high-speed sorting machines and palletizing systems.We ran live equipment demos for cosmetic production lines, showing micron-level precise grabbing and scratch-free handling of fragile glass cosmetic bottles. The client highly recognized our stable performance and customized intelligent solutions.

For example, at the demonstration site, the 6-axis industrial robotic arm completed the loading of glass perfume bottles without any scratches, and the spider-hand sorter achieved 120 pieces of sorted cosmetics per minute, which is 3 times more efficient than manual sorting, winning continuous recognition from the delegation on site.

The delegation visited our standardized finished product warehouse and inspected our pre-customized robotic systems, product parameters, test reports and packaging standards. Having compared suppliers from Europe and Asia, the Russian team highly praised Xinjun's world-class technology, cost competitiveness and flexible customization.
